Myself Sayan Kumar Biswas, co-founder of QUIKRECRUIT currently pursuing B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIEST SHIBPUR. Our startup is in ideation stage. QUIKRECRUIT is a recruiting company that recruit candidate for their preferable jobs and provide companies the best matched candidates for that post. In single word QUIKRECRUIT is an alternative of HR team that every company does. Through this startup both job seekers and job recruiters will get the best match. If we talk about market size as jobs demand are increasing day by day so to place candidates in right job according to their qualification, skills and resumes will gonna boom for sure in market. Our company will have a web which will be properly filtered. Through this startup the recruiting process will become faster, skills will be highlighted and candidates and companies will get their preferred choices. So to make this startup applied in ground level we are requesting an initial fund of 10 to 20 L for which the investor if want can take a stake of our company or he will be awarded as co-founder.
